I got it!

My base64 encoded lines had the length of 74 characters per line. I changed this to use 72 characters (I have seen this while examining other Outlook files) and now it works. Unbelievable.

I thought that 76 was the maximum:

So the problem seems solved. I'm shure that the additional size value is not bad anyway!
