Sorry, I missed the answer to this in the message subject. But the rest
of my message still applies: if you are able to successfully compile
POSIX applications with this toolchain, you should be able to compile
this simple configure application. One other thing to try is to drop
--host and put CC=arm-elf-gcc on the configure command-line instead.
