I guess we should have versioninfo 8:0:3 / 7:0:3 since sept. 1st, to
match addition of curl_multi_wait() ?
This won't affect soname on linux-like platforms, but will do on some
others, like OS400, where the new exported name causes an
incompatibility with prior versions.
