The bug as in there's some flaw in winbuild/Makefile.vc ? Then I can't, but I
believe you if you say there is.

Yes there is[*], but filing a bug there is no better than posting about it
here. There's no magic anywhere that automatically will fix problems, we're
all just humans and volunteers.

Of course it will. The fix (if there is a problem) will of course be a patch
so why wouldn't we welcome patches?
