Heyho guys,

sorry that I'm not providing a patch, but I'm not that fit in
ifdef'ning code ;-)

Build of current curl 7.23.1 fails with PolarSSL because
lib/polarssl.c contains havege_rand() function instead of
havege_random() function. From 1.0.0 to 1.1.0 they changed the
function name, money quote:

= Version 1.1.0 released on 2011-12-22
Changes
   * Changed the used random function pointer to more flexible
format. Renamed havege_rand() to havege_random() to prevent mistakes.
Lots of changes as a consequence in library code and programs

Despite of that, build succeeds and seems to work well (I tested at
least a simple https GET).
