Independently of whatever other consideration relative to memory
filling in curl_domalloc() and curl_dofree()...

Any comment on changing for _all_ systems curl_docalloc() to make it
call Curl_ccalloc() instead of Curl_cmalloc() and avoid current zero
filling there?
