Following the instruction in the link:
https://github.com/bagder/curl/blob/master/winbuild/BUILD.WINDOWS.txt
It will lead the following error:

winbuild> nmake /f Makefile.vc mode=static VC=8

 fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'curl/curlbuild.h': No such file or directory

It looks that include/curl contains the following files:

curlbuild.h.dist  curlbuild.h.cmake  curlbuild.h.in

somehow, it does not generate curlbuild.h.
