hi,
I would suggest to use:
https://github.com/bagder/curl/blob/master/winbuild/BUILD.WINDOWS.txt
instead. It is slightly easier to use and to choose options.
The dependencies can be found here:
http://windows.php.net/downloads/php-sdk/ (deps 5.4 or 5.3 both
contain the same ssl and zlib versions). I will add each dependency
alone as well later.
