Thanks for the report and what looks like a great recipe.

I'll check it out, but it may take me a while to get to it. (I'm in my
vacation period and I have a few other issues before yours in line.)

Your use of curl_multi_fdset() with the multi_socket API sounds rare so it
wouldn't surprise me if there's something not properly polished there.
