Ah gotcha. I'll separate out the threads for libcurl and the curl CLI
application itself.

Regarding the latter, Dana's twurl implementation seems to fit well
with what I suggested. For libcurl itself, I'm working on hacking up a
patch that does basic oauth functionality, and we can jump into
details of the implementation once I get it working.
