Thank you. I've pushed the initial version now!

I spotted that the pattern matching function callback doesn't have a custom
user pointer passed to it, and I think we need to add it. All our callbacks
have. We can possibly make it get the CURLOPT_CHUNK_DATA pointer passed to it,
or we create a new one!

I also think we should convert one of the test cases into a sample program and
put in docs/examples with a suitable amount of comments to explain what
different options do etc.
