The problem is that bmp image are too large, and, while one is being fethched, another thread (or application) tryies to request another image.
I don't know well hardware issues so i don't know if this is a poblem of the ip cameras or of the the connection between them and the pc.
With jpg images all is solved, but jpg are not very good for my purpouse...
I'm developing a Computer Vision Application....
Is there a way to solve??
