Hey

I want us to start the 14 day release-preparing feature freeze at October 21,
which is a little less than two weeks from now. The period following that date
is for fixing bugs until we ship.

So if things go well, we can release 7.19.1 around 4-5th of November.

During this period I'll try to keep TODO-RELEASE updated:

Those of you who have submitted bug fixes or patches (or will do so before the
dates above) should consider checking out the status of the work in that URL!

If there's a bug or a pending patch _not_ mentioned in this document, please
let me know!

There are currently four issues that are stalling waiting for further feedback
or updates.
