Could you review and adopt the proposed patch for Known Issue #7 ?

This patch adds two new options to the curl_easy_setopt() interface:

CURLOPT_USERNAME and CURLOPT_PASSWORD.

They are alternative to the existing CURLOPT_USERPWD.

In contradiction to the CURLOPT_USERPWD they assume nothing regarding
syntax of the option parameter,

Enabling the username with colomn.

Diff was run on the curl-7.19.1-20080925 daily build.
