No, not yet.
I analyzed openssl sources and I don't see why it shouldn't be
possible to build it using WCELIBCEX.
I'm going to do it ASAP.

Right.
Personally, I'm going to use WCELIBCEX instead of wcecompat
because I use my own library in a project that uses
a number of ported libraries, all ported with WCELIBCEX,
so I'd prefer to stick to common compatibility layer for all of them.

So, I'm going to update/patch OpenSSL sources and/or building
configuration according my needs.

Certainly, I will publish all results when the work is done.
