I don't actually understand how this has happened, but CURLOPT_CLOSEPOLICY is
not recognized at all by curl_easy_setopt(). I guess it shows how often people
attempt to use this option...

But since this isn't even possible to set, I think I'd rather just say let's
cut it out and forget we ever considered having it!
