i just uploaded latest tclcurl 0.14.1 debian package, byt only now i
notice the following warning at configure time (doh!):
...
checking for curl-config... yes
checking curl/curl.h usability... no
checking curl/curl.h presence... yes
configure: WARNING: curl/curl.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: curl/curl.h: check for missing prerequisite
headers?
configure: WARNING: curl/curl.h: see the Autoconf documentation
configure: WARNING: curl/curl.h: section "Present But Cannot Be
Compiled"
configure: WARNING: curl/curl.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's
result
configure: WARNING: curl/curl.h: in the future, the compiler will take
precedence
configure: WARNING: ## ---------------------------------- ##
configure: WARNING: ## Report this to the TclCurl lists. ##
configure: WARNING: ## ---------------------------------- ##
checking for curl/curl.h... yes
checking if libcurl version is recent enough... 7150
configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile
what's up here? maybe the curl-config --vernum story?
the packages look build correctly [1].
cheers
