[libcurl] compilation failed on Windows CE (EVC4)

Hi all,
Having searched in the archives, I found that Maarten was already
raised the issue of
"Building curl on Windows CE".

Now I have the same problem on building libcurl 7.14.0.
The evc4 include dir doesn't contain process.h.
Is there any plan to fix this problem?
