I've written a primitive cookie parser (limited to name=value stuff)
based on the curl debug callback function. It's a couple of screenfuls
of brand-new, COMPLETELY UNTESTED code. I'll post it to this list if
there's any interest.

I agree that since libcurl already implements a cookie database it would
be useful to just expose it through the API instead of having to write
the same thing over.
