In mingw it is defined in a file called unistd.h like this:
int ftruncate(int, off_t);
__CRT_INLINE int ftruncate(int __fd, off_t __length)
{
return _chsize (__fd, __length);
}
So yes, the 'HAVE_FTRUNCATE' should be defined only for mingw, sorry about
that.
