I've placed a mono binding for libcurl up at:

To get it, click the libcurlmono_v1.0.tar.gz link
under "Latest file releases."

For this to work, you'll need to have libcurl.so.3
installed on your linux or unix machine. You'll also
need the mono runtime, available at
http://www.mono-project.com.

Note that, at this time, it only works with x86-based
Unix or Linux machines. This is because
shim/formadd.c, the module that calls curl_formadd(),
has some inline assembler used to set up the stack. I
hope to have a version of this module available for
OSX (PowerPC architecture) within the next couple of
weeks.

This project is open-sourced under the MIT License,
which is consistent with what Daniel has done with
libcurl.
