Hi,

I'm using the libcurl 7.12.0 and trying to send some POST request.
Libcurl is sending Expect: 100-Continue header even If I use the HTTP/1.0. Then it awaits (at least I think so) for 100 Continue response.

IMHO this is not correct behavior for the HTTP 1.0, since 100-Continue mechanism is defined only for HTTP 1.1.
