Attached is a patch that fix "--disable-http" option.
It works for me.

Something else for your information:
A project curllib for NT in curl-7.11.2 creates both libcurl.dll and the
appropriate libcurl.lib files. In curl-7.12.1-20040606 only libcurl.dll
is created. I think that some options where omitted.
