Summary: Please support MD5-sess encryption

Initial Comment:
Http Digest authentication is supported in libCurl 7.10.6
and above, however, it only uses MD5 encryption. on
Windows platform with II6 server, Digest authentication
uses MD5-sess encryption. Hence libCurl does not work
against that server. Please add this encription type.
