Have you gotten your transfer to work using the command-line curl? Once you
figure out what options work there, you can find out how to do the same
using Tclcurl. The command-line client gets lots of testing and is the
reference implementation for most libcurl developers.
If your server needs ftps://, you might also need to specify a port number
as it may not be the default.
