I'm convinced. I'll fix debug mode so it works properly and keep it. By
works properly I mean actually using the compiler flags that are part of
CCD. I'll send another patch in the morning.

I haven't heard much about the winsock.h --> winsock2.h and the other
strtoofft related-stuff. Not sure whether I should send:

1. one attachment that has diffs for all files
2. one attachment for each file that's changed
3. just the changes to src/Makefile.vc6 since the last patch I sent.

I'm guessing #2 is the way forward. I'll check to make sure I'm up to date
with CVS before I send them.
