I have all of the required defines for USE_OPENSSL except for
HAVE_OPENSSL_SSL_H.

lib/setup.h is the main config file that is including the config.h file.
After having read the config.h, it checks that a couple of relevant SSL
headers were found and if so, it defines USE_SSLEAY (and USE_OPENSSL if it
found the openssl-prefixed headers).

Can you check which of the required defines (headers) that isn't set for
you?
