New release of the Pascal bindings to libcurl.
Updated against libcurl 7.10.3

Several enhancements ( and some bug fixes ).

Added bindings to the "curl_multi" interface,
and a new "TCurlMulti" object.

The Delphi/Kylix component now has event procedures
for each of libcurl's callback functions.
( OnHeader, OnDebug, OnPassword, etc... )
