That page is prepared and awaits your contributions. I'd willingly hand over
editing access to that web section for anyone that's interested to maintain
those pages. There's currently no link to that page, as the contents are a
bit sparse and I haven't got any reports on the status of the file linked to
from that page.

The C++ interface seems to be an itch some people want scratched. We seek a
scratcher to shoulder this! :-)
