I have just made TclCurl 0.9.2, a Tcl binding to libcurl, available
the main changes are:

        * Windows support.

        * libcurl 7.9.2 support.

By the way, it seems that TclCurl doesn't work on FreeBSD, could any
FreeBSD guru in the audience please take a look?
