Hello,

I would like to introduce to the world the lastest release of TclCurl,
a Tcl extension to access 'libcurl'

Changes:

    - A new command: curl::curlConfig, which invokes the script
      'curl-config' to know where 'libcurl' has been installed and
      which features have been compiled into it.

    - New options to put the headers and the body of a request
      into Tcl variables.

    - A new option to set a Tcl procedure to be called whenever
      'libcurl' has new data.

    - Bug fix: Setting data with CURLOPT_HTTPPOST shouldn't cause
      any more seg faults. Thanks to Lars H. Dolmen for the reports.
