Multiple Set-Cookie lines

Though we can of course specify cookies separated by semi-colons, is there
a way to get curl to set multiple Set-Cookie lines? I believe it can be
done through header manipulation alone, but I wondered if there's a more
straightforward way.
My test site here doesn't seem to like the ;s.
