It's a kind of "This is the right way" of doing this but "We do it in a different way because that was what
a. we once did and X
b. we once saw it and X
c. we've once been told to do it and X

where X = noone thought about changing it :)

I understand this problem is specific to VC project tree so don't bother with it. It's not a big deal.
