I would need access to emails database where all the questions and answeres
are stored. rest is my work i will design a very professional interface for
it and a GOOGLE like FAQ system which is ajax based and very cool to get to
something quickly even people would be able to search the old topics before
posting to the mailing list e.g if you have ever used google help first you
are given options that you can select and system guides you from the old
topics or FAQs database and if nothing matches your question then you get
the form to post your question. you can also give your ideas or any other
way you want this to work.
