G'Day,

Yes I did all that. --with-curl=/usr/local/curl

As I compiled curl with --prefix=/usr/local/curl.

It found and added.

As I said in my post

"I can compile cURL into PHP and compile PHP as a stand alone module - when
I pass a .php file into this PHP binary on the command line the cURL
commands in this .php file are executed fine."

"Now that I have compiled, exactly the same - but it is an apache module,
.php files work - phpinfo() but I get the stated error when I put some test
cURL commands in".

Richard.
