printf less digits/decimals in timing statistics counters

since there are more than 3 digits/decimals (6 instead of 3) in timing
statistics counters
(see https://github.com/curl/curl/pull/1106)...

ist there any easy solution to printf the timing statistics counters (e.g.
time_total) with 3 decimals instead of 6 in curl v 7.52.1?
