But this one does not.
C:\curl_7_52_1\src\cURL.exe -p -E file.pem:password -F orgid=myorgid -F userid=myuserid -F xml=myxmlfile.xml https://theuploadsite -k -v –L

I am quite sure I am missing a crucial pience of the new download.

Can someone direct me to my mistake?
