Will there be a 7.33.1 production release version that covers this ?

Otherwise I can't use ver 7.33 in my software stack unless there is
a source tarball or a specific patch that can be pointed to.

On the other hand, if this change only affects the test and has no bearing
on the actual curl binaries and libs that get installed then it may be
okay. Would it be safe to say that this post 7.33 release patch only
affects this one test and has no bearing on the actual installed binaries
or libs?
