Hi

I have been using curl for some time now to retrieve http:// web pages, but

it doesn't seem to work for https and I wonder if there is a fix for this. I

am using curl either from the command line, or via a system call in my C

programs.

Someone suggested the -k switch would solve the problem, but the message
returned was

$ curl -k https://site <https://site/> ,....

Curl: (1) protocol https not supported or disabled in libcurl.

Can someone offer any help please?
