After recent updates to curl, some of my scripts stopped working. In
looking through the scripts I've noticed these options. My question is
if any of these options changed behavior in recent curl updates. I
looked through the changes files on curl website, but I can't tell if
these options were affected. Curl update was the only change on the
system before and after.

CURLOPTS=" --silent --Location --max-time 10 --no-buffer --dump-header
--range 0-1000 "
