Based on experience, I think you'll have a hard time to find many CMake
hackers in the curl project, especially on this mailing list - the only ones I
know might only hang out on the curl-library list.

I would suggest you repost your question on that list.

I think most Windows users build using the Makefiles or the project files we
provide.
