Is there a way to use the --proxytunnel command to set up a ssh tunnel
over a proxy, like the program http://proxytunnel.sf.net does?

Curl has superior ntlm support, which seems too work over our proxy
(and 'proxytunnel's doesn't). I tried, the connect to my ssh server on
port 443 worked, but after that curl did a GET request on the ssh
server (answer was the ssh banner). I tried some other protocols (with
-T -), but curl does not seem to set up input and output streams for
use with an external (ssh or putty) command!?

Probably the --proxytunnel is not meant for this (mis)usage. Is there
anyone who has a hint on this? I am a curl-n00b.
