I upgraded my curl to 7.19.2, but it still failed to "--append" on SFTP
uploads.

My curl version is:
curl 7.19.2 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) libcurl/7.19.2 OpenSSL/0.9.8e libidn/0.5.6
libssh2/0.18
Protocols: tftp ftp telnet dict http file https ftps scp sftp
Features: IDN IPv6 Largefile NTLM SSL

I got another sftp client (WinSCP3.exe) to do the same thing, it's fine. So
I think the issue is due to curl.

Did anybody ever meet the same issue?
