i have used a winsock display code and it is 10061

error 28 means 3 things:
curl: (28) Timeout was reached
curl: (28) Connection time-out
curl: (28) Operation timed out after 1000 milliseconds with 2069 out of
4568

so subject has been modified grin !

i continue to inverstagate in my user level
