Windows 2003: problems?

I've just moved a system from Windows 2000 (non-server) to Windows
2003, and I seem to be having problems with curl (curl version
7.14.1):
Faulting application curl.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module
ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.1830, fault address 0x0002f583.
Any suggestions:?
