Currently I'm rewriting the FTP code quite extensively (see the libcurl
mailing list archives for details), so the less stuff we keep, the easier I
get in my work. This is the main reason.

If no one uses it, it would be also neat to get rid of all the krb4 code to
decrease the total amount. And it would reduce/remove a fair number of #ifdefs
in the FTP code and elsewhere, making the code slightly easier to follow.
