I downloaded Win32 Generic and Win32 Ming W32 of curl to my system with
Windows 2000. I tried the following command and got error 6 for both
versions.

C:\temp\CurlMingwin32>curl -o test.html http://www.yahoo.com
curl: (6) Couldn't resolve host 'www.yahoo.com'

However, when I replaced www.yahoo.com with the explicit address IP adress
of a Web site that was within the company's firewall, I had some limited
success; that is, the text portion of the page was save to test.html.

I would appreciate it if someone can give me a couple of pointers.
