Scott,
I build native Win32 binaries for my own use - not every day but
frequently. I build cURL with SSL and dynamic lib (libcurl) including
zlib.
Tomorrow I will make the daily build when I am at work, bring it home
and you can download it on the weekend.
On Saturday afternoon or Sunday try this url:

There is nothing there yet...
