2 SSL related patches for libcurl

Hi,

Please find attached 2 patches to give the libcurl users finer-grained control over the SSL server-certificate checking.
Patch 1 (verifydepth) allows the user of libcurl set the verification depth of OpenSSL via a CURL option.
Patch 2 (certificate_verify_callback) adds the notion of a certificate verification callback function, and allows the user
of libcurl to perform SSL server-certificate checking by themselves, instead of relying on the certificate checking function
of libcurl.

Please let me know what you think of these patches.

        Best regards,

                Gertjan.
