I am new to cURL so I apologize for posting this entry level question. I
am trying to install cURL and libcurl by running the command makefile.pl
but I am getting the following messages:
        'curl-config' is not recognized as an internal or external
command, operable program or batch file.
        Cannot find curl.h - cannot build constants profile - see
makefile.pl at makefile.pl line 74.

I tried to edit makefile.pl as suggested (if curl.h file cannot be found.)
 I couldn't locate curl.h in my work station so I am stuck. Also, how do I
resolved the curl-config issue? Any help is appreciated. Thank you in
advance.

I am running Perl version 5.005_03. Doesn't cURL support Perl 5.005 perl?
